Mid December Update


New Talents! Most of which will be focusing on initiative and turn order, as well as going deeper on weapon choices or styles. As well, changing the damage System from arithmetic to successes, in order to reduce the mental load on players, and tweaking the defensive numbers across the board in order to reflect that.

Last Retort

(W) 1:Whenever you use a Reaction, you may add a die to your Charge pool for each turn until your next Activation.

2: Whenever you use a Reaction, you may add a bonus die for each turn until your next Activation for 1S

3: At the start of your Activation, Refund 2S for each Reaction you’ve used this round.

Overmind

(W) Requires 5(W)

1: Whenever you use a Charge die on a Maneuver with the (W) tag, increase the Range by 3

2: Whenever you use a Charge die on a Maneuver with the (W) tag, you may give the Maneuver Knockback X, where X is the number of Damage die

3: Whenever you use a Maneuver with the (W) tag, you Restore 1S for each Charge die you use.

Speed Demon

(G)

1: At the start of each round, you can expend a Stamina die to add +5 to your Initiative

2: Whenever you go first in a round, add 3 Charge dice to your pool

3: Whenever you go first in a round, reset ALL Stamina dice.

Aggravated Assault

(P)

1: Whenever you perform a Maneuver with a Breaking weapon, you can Shunt the target by 1

2: Whenever you perform a Maneuver against a target after you in the Initiative order, you may add a Charge die to your pool

3: Whenever you perform a Maneuver with a Breaking Weapon, you may Shunt the target by up to 3, if they’re Batted from the Initiative, Shred them and knock them Prone

Colossus

1: You may pay 6 Initiative to add a Stamina die to your pool

2: You may gain +3 Defence for each turn ahead of your highest Activation in the turn order.

3: Whenever you are last in the turn order, you may add 3 Bonus die to any Maneuver you make for 1S

Sword Soul

(W, G)

1: When using Shearing Maneuvers, you may add a bonus die for every active Line, AoE, or Character being targeted for 3S

2: You may use Weapons with the Slashing tag as though they had the Shearing tag, and vice versa.

3:Whenever you deal damage with a Shearing or Slashing Maneuver, you Shred the target

Willweaver

(W) 1: Whenever you use a Maneuver with the Weaving tag, add a die to your Charge pool for each success.

2: Whenever you use a Maneuver with the Weaving tag, you may pay 2S and roll a Bonus die every time you roll a 6

3: Whenever you use a Maneuver with the Weaving tag, you may treat 4+ as a Success instead of 5+
